M. Douglas Dagan is a regulatory attorney focused on energy law and policy. He provides transactional and litigation services to our clients and works closely with senior executives to advise corporations in the areas of energy and environmental law, governmental and legislative affairs, and state and federal regulatory compliance.
Doug’s extensive experience in policy and his technical and science background allow for a broad and deep understanding of issues facing our clients and enable him to develop novel solutions. Detail oriented and with a passion for advocacy, Doug represents public and private companies in federal, state and administrative courts, as well as before federal and state regulatory bodies including the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Energy.
