An adept collaborator, Misa Lawrence concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial and telecommunications law. She uses her attention to detail and ability to absorb information quickly when advising our clients on contract issues, conducting legal research, completing due diligence, and reviewing requests for proposals (RFPs) for technology and education projects and in the state and local government markets.

Misa gained valuable experience as an attorney for several of AT&T’s businesses and services, during which time she provided advice on commercial equipment lease-purchase transactions, as well as consumer marketing and regulatory issues. Misa is fluent in French and Spanish and worked for several years teaching world languages.

• Part of a team involved in the completion of a multimillion-dollar transaction for the sale of a portion of a client’s business.
• Satisfactorily responded to inquiries from regulators relating to compliance with state consumer protection laws.
• Advised on preparation of responses to RFPs issued by states, cities, counties, universities and school districts.
