An Inclusive Culture

The diversity of our employees provides us with a rich mixture of perspectives that translate into better service for our clients. We have a history of hiring, developing, promoting and retaining professionals of color, members of the LGBTQ community and women. In fact, over 50% of our employees are women.

Our commitment to equal opportunity means that no one's career will be limited in any way by race, color, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, religion, nationality, age, disability, marital or parental status.

We provide access to in-house and third-party continuing legal education (CLE) courses to ensure all attorneys remain current with their reporting obligations. We also provide training opportunities for our professional staff, so they can refresh and continue to hone their skills.

We believe that mentors can contribute enormously to the success of a professional’s career and satisfaction. The purpose of our mentoring program is to ensure that every employee is oriented and integrated into the firm’s culture and work environment, has an opportunity to form new peer connections and can build on existing relationships to maximize professional growth. Mentees and mentors are paired based on sensitivities to individual needs. Our goal is to create an atmosphere that fosters productivity and advancement and helps our employees achieve their career goals.
