Mark Goldsack has a diverse background ranging from work in the legal and financial services industries to state government. He also serves as Rutherford Borough Council President, acting as a liaison for the Finance department and various borough committees. Our clients benefit from Mark’s hands-on government experience and aptitude in developing relationships with stakeholders at the local, county and state level.

Prior to joining the firm, Mark was the Assistant Director of Finance for the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority and also served as Assistant General Counsel for the New Jersey Assembly/Majority Office. Mark began his career in the financial services industry before earning his law degree.
