Mark Goldsack has a diverse background spanning the legal, financial services, and government sectors. As Counsel with the firm, he advises clients on site selection, economic development incentives, government affairs, and regulatory matters. Drawing on his background as a former elected official and senior state government attorney, Mark provides clients with practical insight into government operations and stakeholder engagement across local and state jurisdictions.

Prior to joining the firm, Mark served as Assistant General Counsel to the New Jersey General Assembly and Assistant Director of Finance at the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority. He began his career in the financial services industry before earning his law degree.
